I had quite a mixed experience at O Hotel Pune. The location is fantastic, right in Koregaon Park, making it easy to explore nearby spots. However, the service left much to be desired, especially during crucial moments like needing assistance with an urgent medical situation. While the breakfast was satisfactory, it could use more variety for longer stays.
