O Hotel Pune, Pune

I had quite a mixed experience at O Hotel Pune. The location is fantastic, right in Koregaon Park, making it easy to explore nearby spots. However, the service left much to be desired, especially during crucial moments like needing assistance with an urgent medical situation. While the breakfast was satisfactory, it could use more variety for longer stays.

I recently stayed three nights at O Hotel in Koregaon Park and had a great time overall. The staff was super helpful, especially Nikita at the front desk and Sudhir, who knew the menu like a pro. However, I did have some issues with room maintenance that could use some improvement.
